Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Treatment Payments
Payments for GoClear treatment are processed through our certified partner dental clinics. The payment and refund policy for treatment costs is governed by the agreement between you and your treating orthodontist/dental clinic. Please review the clinic's specific terms before commencing treatment.
2. Cancellation Before Treatment Starts
If you cancel before your aligners are manufactured:
- Consultation fee: non-refundable (if charged)
- 3D scan fee: non-refundable (scanning cost is incurred)
- Treatment advance: refundable minus consultation and scan fees
3. Cancellation After Aligners Are Manufactured
Once your custom aligners have been manufactured, a significant portion of the treatment cost has been incurred. In such cases:
- Manufacturing costs are non-refundable
- Any unused doctor monitoring fees may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at the clinic's discretion
4. Treatment Discontinuation Mid-Way
If you choose to discontinue treatment mid-way, the following applies:
- Aligners already manufactured and delivered are non-refundable
- Future monitoring appointment costs may be partially refunded at the treating clinic's discretion
- GoClear strongly recommends completing the full treatment plan for best results
5. Manufacturing Defects
If your aligners have manufacturing defects that prevent proper fit or function, GoClear will replace the affected aligner sets at no additional charge. Please report manufacturing issues to your treating doctor within 7 days of receiving the affected aligners.
6. Brochure Download
Our brochure is provided free of charge. No payment is required for brochure download.
